Living in Cedar Springs

The city of Cedar Springs is made up of several townships. If you are looking to purchase real estate here, you will have plenty of choices. The city gives you that small-town feel thanks to its location just off US-131 in the northern part of Kent County, but you are only about 25-30 minutes away from Grand Rapids. There is a retail district along the highway and into town that consists of restaurants, car dealerships, a bank, and a Meijer among other shops and stops. The largest employers are the local schools and Wolverine Worldwide. When searching for a home in Cedar Springs, you will find many properties with character since many were built between the 1900s and the 1940s, along with several newer homes in the Prairie Run subdivision.  The city is lively with many things to do, including the Red Flannel Festival, the Fred Meijer trails system, golfing, fishing, and more.
